For BBA students, the MO Area offers a variety of elective courses to help build your expertise in leadership and management skills. Confirming the Ross’s school requisite strength of action-based learning, we use a variety of methods including cases, experiential exercises, videos, guest speakers, computer simulations, and consulting projects to bring the topics to life. This training allows you to learn and apply key concepts from real-life examples, better preparing you for careers in a wide variety of fields. Our courses enable students to gain a broader understanding of leadership, teams, human resource practices, organizational change, and professional relationships.
