  • Presenting a paper (with Gerardo Patriotta) in the organizations and media section of the conference titled "Newsbreaking and Sensemaking."

  • Organized showcase symposium (with Beth Bechky) "Screams, SWAT teams, and States of Emergency: Understanding Organizational Surprise."

  • Presented "Tuning into Surprise" in the symposium that was sponsored by three AOM divisions.
