ISR's Program on Survey Methodology selected Wayne Baker's proposal, "Developing a Barometer of American Values," for its 2009 practicum on survey methods.  In this practicum, ISR senior staff and graduate students will work with Wayne on the next phase of the project, culminating with a nationally representative survey of Americans in the spring.
