The Business Information Technology (BIT) department at Ross School of Business examines the relationship between computing and business. Through research and teaching (both undergraduates and graduates), our faculty create new knowledge and a deeper understanding of the role of technology in business. Our Ph.D. program prepares students to become leading researchers into the effects of computing on organizations. BIT faculty and students also hold periodic meetings with companies interested in supporting innovation in companies with information technology.
Blog feed
The blog feed to the right contains short articles written by our faculty and Ph.D. students. These entries are taken from our departmental blog as well as blogs written by our faculty (Gordon, Melville, and Moore). Topics covered in the departmental blog are related to our teaching, our research, and our reflections on recent information technology-related news. The blog will be updated several times per week during the school year (and intermittently otherwise). (This is the URL of the combined blog feed.)
