Core Course Waivers & Waiver Exam Information

Full-Time MBA
- Waiver Information: Be sure to read
our full document about which core courses can be waived and the process for
doing so.
- Accounting Waiver Preparatory Course FAQs:
Read some common questions and answers regarding the pre-term Accounting Waiver
Preparatory Course. Taking this course and passing a waiver exam
allows students to waive ACC 502.
- Core Course Waiver Request Form: This is a 'read-only' Word
Document. Please save the document to your computer, complete, print out and
submit to our office with the required documentation.
- Waiver Exam Schedule: Most waiver exams are offered once a year -
in late August or early September. The exception is the Communication Waiver Exam,
which is offered twice a year - in August and November
- but may only be taken early in the program. Check specific program
information for details (see Waiver Information link above).

requirement. Full-Time MBAs must take the Communication Waiver Exam within the
first year of the program (August and November of their incoming year).
